Power punch pro is good to be used by itself but then "Fantastic" if we use it on top of resistance bands looped on our kicking upper legs and mild long loop resistance band hooked onto our punching fists during practice! Feel the explosiveness and speed of our kicks and punches when our limbs are set free from any resistance. Great tool for martial artists!

Made me a faster puncher than how I was before I definitely feel like I'm improving on my cardio which is very important for one to have as an MMA fighter. But overall I absolutely love it and I can't stop using it. Thank u Punch Pro

I bought it a few months ago and I haven't used it yet.

I had seen a lot of YouTube videos sayinf resistance bands were bad for you so I was hesitating on this product but now that I’ve been using it i feel like it has helped with my speed and endurance but remember to have good form while using this to gain muscle memory

I am going to be 70 this year and The Power Punch Pro has been fantastic.Ease into it shadow boxing then progress to the heavy bag.I am going to see if I can obtain stronger bands.Take your time and you will feel better even at my age.

I feel amazing when I'm using it for training and it makes me feel confident in my boxing skills.
